I've just come back around to this and found what appears to be a solution my issue is ACER specific but the Intel instructions are generic. Unfortunately my system even having video drivers version 30.0.101.1069 does not work with Resolve version 17.4.2 Still at worst you can always go back to the older drivers if the current Intel drivers don't work with your system.
